What we treat and how

We care for adults living with overweight or obesity, repeated weight regain, and weight-related conditions such as insulin resistance, prediabetes, PCOS, fatty liver and high blood pressure. Treatment is built from these parts, chosen for each patient:

• Medical assessment and blood tests to find what is driving weight gain, including thyroid, blood sugar and hormone markers.
• InBody body-composition analysis to track fat loss rather than just the number on the scale.
• Doctor-prescribed medicines when appropriate, including tirzepatide and semaglutide, with dose adjustments and side-effect monitoring.
• Nutrition plans built for Indian food habits, with enough protein to protect muscle.
• Behaviour and mindset coaching for emotional eating, stress and sleep.
• Supportive IV therapy where the doctor finds it helpful; it supports the programme and is not a weight loss treatment on its own.

Who a medical programme is for

International guidelines usually consider weight loss medicines for adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition. Indian guidelines use lower cut-offs for overweight (BMI 23) and obesity (BMI 25), because health risks appear at lower weights in South Asians. Your doctor decides what is right for you; not everyone needs medicine.

3. Your plan: nutrition, lifestyle, and medicine if it is clinically right for you.
4. Starting safely: medicines start at a low dose and step up gradually.

6. Maintenance: a planned step-down to keep the weight off.

Programmes of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, with InBody scans and doctor reviews about once a week; an advisor will explain pricing.
